Setting Up Your Website
While creating your event website, you will be required to enter information, including both personal details and details about your event or Wedding Day. We use this information to create your website. You have complete control over what information appears on your public wedding site, and no information will ever be released to any third party.
Accessing Your Wedding Website
When your friends and family interact with your website they may enter information about themselves (i.e. direction Post Code, RSVP etc). This information is either held temporarily on their web browser or securely stored in our database and is only accessible to the couple who own the site. This information will never be released to any third party.
Sending Requests
If you choose to send an invitation to a friend, we will ask you for your friend's email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the site. MyPersonalEvent.com stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking the success of our referral programme.
Your friend may contact us at on our site or through email to request that we remove this information from our database.
Financial details
When purchasing a website or upgrade from MyPersonalEvent.com, we use PayPal as our provider to manage credit and debit card payments. MyPersonalEvent.com does not store your credit/debit card information, not do we have access to it through PayPal.
Uses of Information
We use information that you provide to create the designs on the site, and provide a starting point for the site features. For example, if you provide a postcode of the wedding venue your site will use this information to automatically generate maps and directions (through Google Maps).
All information sharing is performed with the explicit consent of the user. For example, if a guest who is driving to the reception provides information about him/herself in direction finder page, this information is temporarily stored on our servers to help create a response. Once the directions have presented to the user, this information is removed from our servers.

If you wish to subscribe to our newsletters, we will use your name and email address
to send the newsletter to you. Out of respect for your privacy, we provide you a
